Aiming to study the electrical characteristics of photovoltaic cells during flight solar-powered unmanned aerial vehicles, this work combines a cell equivalent circuit model and thermodynamic model. The influence wing surface temperature its influencing factor-solar radiation is primary concern. A solar established explore impact irradiance on output.
